Your cultivated English skills and hospitality will create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Specifically, you will: ・Handle check-ins and check-outs at the front desk and provide guidance within the inn. ・Manage accommodation reservations and inquiries via phone and email (Japanese&English required). ・Operate the reservation management system on a PC. ・Collaborate with domestic and international travel agencies. ・Assist with meal service. ・In the future, you will also be involved in planning accommodation packages (OTA product creation). After joining, senior staff will carefully teach you each task step by step. First, you will get to know the history and culture of Fukuchiin, gradually widening your scope of work.
