職種/仕事内容 | 仕事内容: 世界12万人以上のファンを持つ高級和包丁ブランド「MUSASHI JAPAN」で一緒に働きませんか？ 日本の伝統工芸である和包丁の柄付け・仕上げ作業をお任せします。一本一本品質にこだわり、世界中のお客様へお届けするための大切な工程です。 【募集概要】 ・経験不問、研修制度あり ・外国籍の方には、入社6ヶ月後より就労ビザのサポートあり ・正社員登用実績あり 【主な仕事内容】 * 入荷した包丁の数量・品目・外観の確認 * 柄付け前の準備作業（刃の保護、工具・材料の準備） * 和包丁への柄付け作業 * 刃の角度や差し込みの深さ、固定状態の調整 * 接着剤の除去などの仕上げ作業 * 包丁全体の品質チェック（刃の直進性・柄の固定状態・外観確認） * 防錆油の塗布など最終仕上げ 経験を積みながら、伝統技術を身につけることができる環境です。 Join MUSASHI JAPAN – A Premium Japanese Knife Brand Trusted by Over 120,000 Customers Worldwide: Are you passionate about craftsmanship and interested in Japanese traditional culture? At MUSASHI JAPAN, you will be involved in the handle fitting and finishing process of premium Japanese knives. Every knife is carefully crafted with attention to quality before being delivered to customers around the world. Position Overview * No experience required – comprehensive training provided * Visa sponsorship available for foreign employees after 6 months of employment * Opportunities for promotion to a permanent full-time position Main Responsibilities * Inspect incoming knife blades and handles for quantity, product type, and appearance * Prepare materials and tools before handle installation * Protect knife blades with masking tape before assembly * Fit traditional Japanese handles onto knife blades * Adjust blade alignment, insertion depth, and handle stability * Remove excess adhesive and perform finishing work * Conduct quality inspections, including: * Blade alignment * Handle stability * Overall appearance * Apply anti-rust oil and complete the final finishing process As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to learn traditional Japanese craftsmanship and develop specialized manufacturing skills while working with one of Japan's finest knife brands. |
