A 11-minute walk from Matoba Station Specific Job Duties ⏩ Execution of Routine Testing ┗ Perform routine testing procedures in accordance with quality principles. ⏩ Management of New Assays ┗Validation and maintenance of new assays. ⏩ Technical Guidance ┗ Provide guidance to new employees on testing procedures. ⏩ Technical Support ┗ Provide expertise in the operation and maintenance of advanced, high-tech equipment. ⏩ Problem-Solving ┗ Utilize problem-solving skills in the department's key areas of responsibility to support stable operations. ⏩ Quality Control ┗ Maintain and adhere to high standards and quality criteria in all aspects of departmental and laboratory operations. Detailed Responsibilities ✅ Regarding Equipment & Facilities Possess thorough practical knowledge of equipment and devices within the department. Provide troubleshooting guidance to staff for complex equipment and device issues. Coordinate with vendors as needed to resolve equipment-related issues and report findings. ✅ Regarding Training Coordinate the creation and completion of training materials and checklists. Seek and share expertise within the department and across the site to ensure consistent training methods. ✅ Regarding SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Initiate SOP revisions or create new SOPs reflecting current processes to ensure compliance. Collaborate with other departments and sites to ensure prompt completion of SOPs, resolving any obstacles as needed. ✅ Regarding Equipment, Device, & Assay Validation Responsible for coordinating with other resources to ensure the completion and implementation of new assay validations. May be asked by management to research, develop, validate, and maintain procedures, and provide recommendations for procedural changes or improvements. ✅ Process Improvement Ability to generate new approaches and ideas to analyze and improve existing processes. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of improvements and changes. May act as a departmental subject matter expert in company-wide initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma), demonstrating extensive knowledge of all departmental functions. Support client audit processes and respond to inquiries. Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of trained workstations. Address issues and questions from department staff.
