職種/仕事内容 | 仕事内容: We are seeking a Part-Time Tour Guide based in Aomori city to lead guests on 1-day guided tours around theregion. As a key part of our team, you will share your knowledge of the region’s history, culture, and nature with international guests, providing an authentic and immersive experience. Your work will be essential in helping Snow Monkey Resorts deliver our mission of creating unique, off-the-beaten-path adventures for travelers who want to go beyond the typical tourist trail. If you have a passion for storytelling, customer service, and a deep appreciation for Japan’s culture, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead guided tours in English for groups of international tourists, ensuring an engaging and informative experience. ● Provide historical, cultural, and local insights during tours. ● Ensure guests’ safety and comfort throughout the tour. ● Answer questions from guests and address any inquiries related to the tour, local culture, or destinations. ● Manage group logistics, including meeting points, transportation, and timing. ● Submit documents using company-designated applications. ● Be a representative of Snow Monkey Resorts by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times. |
